As Fab Dış Ticaret Anonim Şirketi (hereinafter referred to as "FABCO" or the "Company"), we respect and place the utmost importance on the privacy of personal life.

The purpose of this Privacy Notice is to inform you, in accordance with Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"), about the use and protection of your personal data and your rights, in the event that you contact us through the communication methods available on our website www.fabco.com.tr and/or consent to receive electronic commercial communications from us.

What Personal Data Is Processed?

Your name, surname, and date of birth, your email address and mobile/landline phone number, IP address information and log records related to your use of our website, your order and invoice information (orders placed, their date, time and quantity, product information included in the order, payment method), your location information, your marketing information (cookies, if you provide consent through the Site, and the answers and analyses of survey questions which are entirely left to your discretion to answer)

For What Purposes Is Your Personal Data Processed?

If you contact us through one of the communication methods available on our website, your personal data will be processed for the purposes of fulfilling our obligations arising from our commercial activities, planning the Company's business strategies and carrying out the related work, projects and activities of our business units, ensuring the execution of order processes, contacting you to resolve member requests and complaints promptly, carrying out information security processes, fulfilling our obligations arising from legislation, fulfilling our obligations to provide information and documents to, and other related obligations toward, authorized public institutions, organizations and judicial authorities, fulfilling our obligation to keep your personal data up to date, and carrying out the sales and delivery processes of purchased products,

and will be processed under the legal grounds specified in Article 5(2) of the KVKK, namely;

"c) It being necessary to process personal data belonging to the parties of a contract, provided this is directly related to the establishment or performance of the contract,"

"ç) It being mandatory for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligation,"

"e) It being mandatory to process data for the establishment, exercise, or protection of a right,"

"(f) It being mandatory to process data for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided this does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject."

If you give consent to receive electronic commercial communications considered within the scope of commercial activities with our Company, your personal data will be processed in accordance with the legal grounds specified in the KVKK and the Electronic Commerce Law, for the purposes of providing business collaborations, personalized campaigns, benefits, promotions, product promotion, advertising, market research surveys and customer satisfaction services, informing customers about campaigns and innovations regarding FABCO products, contacting you about innovations and campaigns regarding FABCO products and services, and sending marketing content.

What Are Your Rights as a Data Subject?

Under Article 11 of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (referred to as "KVKK"), personal data owners defined as "data subjects" are granted the following rights:

The Data Subject has the right to:

• Learn whether their personal data is being processed,
• Request information about it if their personal data has been processed,
• Learn the purpose of processing their personal data and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose,
• Know the third parties to whom their personal data is transferred, domestically or abroad,
• Request correction of their personal data if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly,
• Request deletion or destruction of their personal data if the reasons requiring its processing no longer exist,
• Request that the correction, deletion, or destruction operations mentioned above be notified to third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred,
• Object to a result that arises to their detriment through analysis of the processed data exclusively via automated systems,
• Request compensation for damages in the event of harm suffered due to unlawful processing of their personal data,

The Data Subject may submit their request regarding their personal data via the method determined separately by the PDP Board, if any, or in writing with a wet-ink signature to Masko Mobilyacılar Sitesi, 6A Blok Sok. No: 15, Başakşehir/Istanbul, or by email to kvkk@fabco.com.tr.

In the application made to exercise the above-mentioned rights, containing explanations regarding the right requested to be used, the requested matter must be clear and understandable, must relate to the applicant personally (or, if acting on behalf of someone else, the applicant must be specifically authorized to do so and must document this authority), and the application must include identity and address information along with documents verifying identity.

Such requests must be made individually; requests made by unauthorized third parties regarding personal data will not be considered.
