All materials used in our collections stand out with their durable and long-lasting structures suitable for outdoor conditions. Aluminum is preferred for its rust-resistant structure and high resistance to external factors. The ropes and fabrics used are water-repellent; thanks to their high UV resistance, they preserve their color and form for a long time and are easy to clean. Wooden details also maintain their durability with regular annual maintenance and significantly extend the product’s lifespan.
We do not offer custom sizing; however, most of our collections include different size alternatives, allowing you to choose the option that best suits your needs. Products can also be personalized with selected fabrics from our wide fabric chart. In addition, different combinations can be created by using products together, offering solutions tailored to the space and style.
Although our products are manufactured for outdoor use, long-term exposure to intense weather conditions may cause negative effects over time. Therefore, we recommend storing the products indoors during winter or long periods of non-use whenever possible. If indoor storage is not available, especially keeping the cushions in a closed and dry area will significantly extend their lifespan. Using FABCO protection covers for all products also provides extra protection against external factors and increases long-term durability.
Some products in our collections are offered with their own special fabrics, so fabric changes may not be available for those models; however, custom covers can be produced with the desired fabric upon request. For all other models, fabric and color options can be changed freely. In addition to our wide fabric chart, Sunbrella fabric options, known for their outdoor performance, can also be used, offering more advanced alternatives in terms of aesthetics and durability. For aluminum surfaces, there are mainly three standard color options; in some models, these options are expanded to provide more customization possibilities.
The assembly and installation of our products are carefully carried out by our delivery team as part of the delivery process. This careful approach minimizes possible issues during installation, and each piece is assembled according to the correct standards and delivered ready for use.
We deliver to all cities across Türkiye, and the delivery process is managed directly by our own team. If the products are in stock, deliveries within Istanbul are completed within a maximum of 15 days. For deliveries to other cities, the date is determined and shared according to the intensity of the delivery schedule. If the products are not in stock, the process may vary, so planning is carried out together with the buyer and the most suitable delivery date is determined accordingly. This ensures that every stage of the process proceeds transparently and smoothly.
