CALL CENTER PRIVACY NOTICE REGARDING THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

This privacy notice has been prepared by FAB DIŞ TİCARET ANONİM ŞİRKETİ, in its capacity as data controller, within the scope of Article 10 of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to Be Followed in Fulfilling the Obligation to Inform.

2. Purposes of Processing Personal Data

Within our Company, personal data is processed by us or by the real/legal person data processors we assign, within the framework of the responsibilities imposed on our Company by legislation, in compliance with the personal data processing conditions set out in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law, while adhering to the Law's fundamental principles. In this context, your personal data is processed for various purposes.

• To properly address the caller,
• To confirm and record the call for statistical purposes,
• To be used as evidence in disputes,
• To carry out audit/ethics activities,
• To carry out/oversee business activities,
• To carry out customer relationship management processes,
• To manage performance evaluation processes,
• To track requests and complaints,
• To carry out our Company's information/inquiry service provision process.

3. Method and Legal Basis for Collecting Personal Data

Your personal data is collected and stored through the switchboard (call center) system and solely through the voice recording made during your verbal conversation with the operator.

Your personal data is processed based on the legal ground set out in Article 5/2-(f) of the Law: "it being mandatory to process data for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided this does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject.".

4. Transfer of Personal Data

Our Company acts in accordance with the regulations set out in the KVKK regarding the transfer of personal data. Except for the exceptional cases provided for in legislation, personal data and special category data are not transferred by you to other natural or legal persons without the explicit consent of the Data Subject.

5. Rights of the Data Subject

Data subjects have the rights specified under Article 11 of the Law. They may apply to the Data Controller to exercise these rights.

• Learn whether their personal data is being processed,
• Request information about it if their personal data has been processed,
• Learn the purpose of processing their personal data and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose,
• Know the third parties to whom their personal data is transferred, domestically or abroad,
• Request correction of their personal data if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly, and request that this action be notified to third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred,
• Request the deletion or destruction of their personal data if, despite having been processed in accordance with the KVKK and other relevant legal provisions, the reasons requiring its processing no longer exist, and request that this action be notified to third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred,
• Object to a result that arises to their detriment through analysis of the processed data exclusively via automated systems,
• Request compensation for damages in the event of harm suffered due to unlawful processing of their personal data.

The data subject may submit requests regarding these rights to the Data Controller in accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller. Applications must include the applicant's first and last name, signature (if the application is submitted in writing), Turkish Republic ID number for Turkish citizens, or nationality and passport/ID number for foreign nationals, residential or business address for notification purposes, email address (if applicable), phone or fax number, and the subject of the request.

As a personal data subject, in order to exercise the rights specified above, your application containing explanations regarding the right you wish to exercise must clearly and understandably state the matter requested; the matter requested must relate to yourself personally, or, if acting on behalf of someone else, you must be specifically authorized to do so and must document this authority; the application must include identity and address information; and documents verifying your identity must be attached to the application.

In order to exercise your rights under Article 11 of the KVKK, you must submit your wet-ink signed written application in person or through a notary to FAB DIŞ TİCARET ANONİM ŞİRKETİ at Masko Mobilyacılar Sitesi 6A Blok Sok. No: 15 Başakşehir/ Istanbul – TURKEY, or send it via email to kvkk@fabco.com.tr.

Requests from the data subject will be evaluated and finalized free of charge as soon as possible, and in any case within thirty (30) days at the latest. If the evaluation and decision-making process requires an additional cost, the fee specified in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board will apply.
